With years of experience across industries such as retail, hospitality, and real estate, she has honed her expertise in financial oversight, operational policy design, and process improvement. 

Taking a hands-on approach, Cara builds strong relationships with clients, deeply understanding their challenges and goals, to provide customized and effective solutions. She holds a business degree from Yorkville University, is a CPA Ontario candidate, and consistently pursues professional development to stay ahead of industry trends.

Beyond her career, Cara enjoys expressing her creativity through canvas painting, and finds inspiration and balance during long drives and scenic walks . She is also passionate about giving back to her community through volunteering and supporting causes that are important to her.
